Can CIE take over BMS support across a mixed leisure estate?

Yes. CIE can establish a support baseline across mixed Trend, Niagara, BACnet and inherited systems. We map access, backups, controllers, supervisors, networks and known issues first, then define planned onsite work, remote bureau coverage and lifecycle priorities around each venue’s criticality.

How do you protect a live leisure centre during BMS upgrades?

We define dependencies, critical plant, shutdown windows, backups, validation steps and rollback routes before change begins. Work is sequenced around venue operation so the controls migration does not assume the building, pool hall or event programme can simply stop.

Can remote BMS bureau support reduce energy waste?

A bureau can expose schedule drift, overridden points, persistent alarms, poor setpoints and control behaviour that would otherwise sit unseen between visits. CIE uses that evidence to identify a practical engineering action and then checks what changed rather than promising savings from a dashboard alone.

Do you support pool hall ventilation and humidity controls?

Yes. CIE reviews the BMS control relationship across pool hall temperature, humidity, ventilation, heating, dehumidification and associated plant. Physical verification remains important because the controller command, sensor reading and actual plant response must agree.

Which controls platforms do you work with?

CIE specialises in Trend controls, IQVISION, Tridium Niagara 4 and BACnet integration, including estates where several systems and generations coexist. The objective is a dependable operating picture and a controlled route through obsolescence, not unnecessary wholesale replacement.
